About Scripti

About Scripti

Built for therapists. Scripti records a session (up to 60 minutes), transcribes it, and turns the conversation into clean, structured clinical notes you can review and export—without slowing down your care.

Therapists spend too many late nights writing notes. We built Scripti to give that time back. By capturing the therapist–client dialogue and organizing it into SOAP, DAP, or BIRP format, Scripti makes documentation faster, clearer, and easier to audit—so clinicians can focus on people, not paperwork.

We designed Scripti with Canadian PHIPA expectations in mind: least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, and clinician-controlled retention. No real PHI is used to train models. You decide when data is kept or deleted.

How Scripti Works

Record — Start a secure session; Scripti records for up to 1 hour and then stops.

Transcribe — Speech-to-text creates a timestamped transcript with optional redaction of names, phone numbers, and addresses.

Structure — Scripti summarizes the session into SOAP/DAP/BIRP sections, adds key themes, interventions, client quotes, goals, and to-dos.

Safety Lens — Optional risk cues (e.g., self-harm mentions, duty-to-warn signals) are highlighted for your review.

Review & Approve — You edit anything, accept or reject suggestions, and lock the note.

Export — Download a PDF, copy to your EMR, or export JSON for integration. Audio can be auto-deleted on approval or after a retention window you control.

What Scripti Does for You

Scripti assists documentation and code suggestions; it doesn’t diagnose, treat, or replace clinical judgment.
Finish notes faster — Most notes finalize in minutes, not hours.

Consistent quality — Clear headings, measurable goals, and readable progress.

Risk awareness — Subtle cues surfaced without alarmism.
Coding assist — Non-binding ICD-10/DSM-5 suggestions to consider (you choose).

Privacy by default — PHIPA-aware patterns, encryption, access logs, and clinician-owned data retention.
